I have tried all the available quiz makers on the market, but I have never heard of this one, but it doesn't mean it is a bad software.
Ten years ago it would be a top notch piece of software but nowadays I cannot imagine any use of this software. Here is why:
- The modern quiz makers and builders all publish online or to a SCORM format so the tests can be deployed into a VLE. This programme publish only to exe, so the distribution is a problem.
- The interface is clear, but not impressive. You will not get lost, but you will miss the modern icons. As I say above, no problem 10 years ago.
- The number of question types is limited. There are six types of questions which is far from enough nowadays. There are Yes/NO questions, Multiple choice, Multiple answers, sequencing, short answers and matching. Drag and drop or click the map questions are missing.
- The resulting test is clear but nothing fancy. You cannot enter any multimedia. The only thing you can insert are images. Not enough nowadays.
- The good thing is that it installs without any problems and the application is lean.

To sum up, your students won´t be happy to get tests in this form, and you won´t be happy making the tests.

Don't bother about the LOW rating users...this is an excellent TOOL if you like to create tests of any kind!!

I was just wondering why ITALIAN language is NOT supported yet unlike Tajik, Tatar, Udmurt, Ukrainian, Uzbek (???? LOL!!)

Downloaded fine.

As a teacher, I looked forward to this. I was hoping it would speed up tests, worksheet creation etc but I would still have to create all questions and answers. It is much quicker to simply cut/paste/type into the usual word processors, especially as many schools do not allow teachers to install software at school and that is where I usually prepare tests etc

Vista 32bit. Simple Download and Install. However, on Finish install it auto-launches and asks for the registration key. Took a minute to figure out I simply had to kill the program, then run the Activate program in the zip, and then everything worked fine.

I have to say, as someone who is an educator and frequently makes quizzes, this is really a very nice program. I think the price is very appropriate and the capabilities of the program are outstanding. If you use it simply as a parent to quiz your child at home, it is very easy to use and well worth the payback from a better educated child. Definitely a keeper! Thanks GAOTD and NetCrate!!!

Ask before adding a quick launch icon. Also the software auto loads after install.I never had a chance to activate it until i shut it down first.So the installer should add a toggle to launch or not after install.
