The Good
* Fairly easy to use - simple on screen wizards to guide you through each task
* Can create, expand, resize, merge, delete, undelete, copy, hide, unhide, rename (label and letter), and defrag partitions.
* Full support for Windows (FAT16, FAT32, NTFS) and Linux (EXT2, EXT3, ReiserFS) and limited support for Mac (HFS+) formats for partitions.
...more pros not mentioned above because of spam filter.
The Bad
* Huge download size!
* "Install new OS" seems to be a bit unnecessary.
* When formatting a partition, if partition size is small seeing which partition you have selected is difficult.

I've used Paragon products before over the years and never been disappointed. Yes, this is a 115mb download because, unlike some of the seriously crappy GOTD offerings lately (like yesterday's dross), this is a serious, mature and multi-featured software app.
I'm not downloading it because I moved up to the Acronis Suite some time ago, but I highly recommend Paragon for those with partitioning requirements.

Windows (any flavour) own Logical Disk Manager does about 5% of what this does. Engage brain first. Only then open mouth. ;)

Installed smoothly and without problem. Thumbs up and my verdict is grab-it. I also suggest to burn the rescue CD and keep it handy, in case of later serious disk-problems.
To be able to redo the installation at a later date, save the file Paragon-PM95-PRE_WinInstallSNx32_9.0.99.10022_001.msi (found in the unpack directory) and the product-key/serial-number you received by email. In case you lose in the future the hard disk where it's installed, these should allow you to re-install it again without the GAOTD limitation, and within the limits of the furnished license (which may be time-limited, although I haven't found any expiration date).

115 megabite program to make partitions is a bit rediculas
It is 115 megs because the distributive contains not only PM installations files, but it contains recovery CD image also. That's why it is so big.

It is even more advisable nowadays with large drives to create multiple partitions on each one. The idea is one of redundancy; should one partition fail for any reason (perhaps it's the partition which your operating system is on and it got screwed over by some malicious software or even the user's own incompetence) then ideally you would have another separate partition dedicated to your data, which would not be affected by the destruction of your system.
It is an inconvenience to use multiple partitions on a Windows system, I will admit, because Microsoft seem to have given no thought at all to making it a truly integrated experience, but in the Linux world at least you will find multiple partitions all the time, particularly to maintain the distinction between the system and data, although there is also almost without exception a swap partition as well, simply because it does give greater performance than a swap file by preventing fragmentation.
Nowadays multiple partitions are mainly about data redundancy. They protect your data in case of accidents or power failures, and I know that I've had quite large amounts of data saved before due to the fact that I had multiple partitions. With all the advantages and such large hard drives that the simple reduction of space on each partition is no longer crippling, why not use multiple partitions?
