More detail on this in my full review, but Paragon Virtualization Manager 2009 Personal is already available for free directly from Paragon's website... so I am not sure what this is all about.
Anyway...
The Good
* Can create Microsoft Virtual PC, VMware, and VirtualBox compliant virtual machines.
* Can create a VM from your physical partitions/hard disks or image backups created with Paragon software.
* Interesting "adjust OS" feature to "fix" VMs created by other software.
* You can browse VMs.
* Allows you to create VMs of in-use systems.
* Nice *extra* partition management tools, such as copy hard drive/partition, resize/move partition, format partition, etc.
The Bad
* A little bit slow in creating VMs when compared to the competition.
* Requires WinPE disk to use some of the "adjust OS" features; doesn't come with WinPE disk though.

Hey #14 Ajaxx, How dare you making comments like that in this place! What kind of small world arrogance posesses you? There's more non English speaking people and internet users in the world than English speaking folks. Your world might be English but that's only a fraction of this planet. For those not currently using virtual machines, btw, IMHO you should.
Personally, I have my browser and all outside contact in one virtual machine (complete with firewall and antimalware detection), all of my writing software (I'm a writer) in another virtual machine, all of my trading market analysis software in another machine, and everything else in a 4th virtual machine. The host does nothing but serve as life support for the virtual machines. The VM's can talk to one another when needed but are otherwise isolated, so what happens to one doesn't affect another.
The advantages of this are 1)stability (everything is isolated from everything else) 2) performance (there's almost no performance hit for a VM and I only have to deal with firewalls/anti-malware in the browser VM) 3) safety (the host is protected against everything and the VM solution that I use -- VirtualBox -- allows me to make instant backup "snapshots" of each VM and return the machine to that state within seconds), and 4) security (the VM's live on a TrueCrypt disk so NOTHING (no programs, no files) are visible or even apparent without a password.)
Most of the VM's run XP with a minimum of ram (192-256mb) and everything works together perfectly well in the Windows 7 host. So far, it has been a perfect solution.

On the Registration page during installation, I click on the Get Free Serial and the installation program transitions to a window that tells me that the wizard was interrupted before installation could be completed and that I should run installation again. Round and round I go, but no access to a form that I could submit to get the serial via email as expected!! Something is a miss. I’m running Vista Home.
REGISTRATION GUIDE
1. Just run installation file and you will see a button "Get Free Serial". Click it, and it will open your browser at registration page. Fill registration form, submit it, and Paragon will send you serial number in 5-10 mins.
2. If the button doesn't work, and causes installation to crash, go directly to registration form:

Fill this form, submit, wait for serial number. "Get free serial button" may not work because of browser's or firewall's settings.
