I think this program would be even more useful if it plotted a woman's PMS. Maybe a remote countdown clock warning with an alarm that sounds like an explosion and video of a nuclear detonation. Then display a number of good excuses to leave the home for a few days. Keep the pregnancy part too of course! Potential daddy wants a new iPad 3 HD, not a bundle of joy right now. Thank you for making this available for those of us who can see it's usefulness. :)

For once, an original software --thumbs up for that. Although I'm a man, I try it because I know women aren't much in software but could be interested in this one.
Cons:
- Interface is ugly, not very well conceived (waste of space AND scroll bars!)
- As always in most all GOTD, main window cannot be resized. Won't do well on my netbook. I hate this bad habit and will always give thumbs down for that (as a consequence, although it annihilated my thumbs up, I'll give another thumbs down).
- Could not create user, neither delete default user. (Help is no help: states there's a login at program start but no)
- The "Reminder" legend is badly translated: in my language, I can see this strange message: "ID_CHECK_RECURRING=Ré" the remainder being unreadable. Poor coding.
- When switching language, skin reverts automatically to the default pink skin. Idiotic.
- At one time, I stumble upon a horoscope, but I can't find it now.
Pros:
- Well, since I cannot use a personal birth date ---and neither create a profile/user--- I don't see any positive point, besides the idea (to my discharge, I've never looked for this kind of tool, there may exist free alternatives).
In short, a nice idea badly implemented.

It sounded interesting until I reached the part about predicting gender and supporting horoscopes and zodiac signs. Any one who would rely on this (much less pay $29.95 for it) to plan a pregnancy probably shouldn't be reproducing in the first place. Here's a wacky alternative: consult a trained professional. You're planning a family, not an herb garden.
