Woh...can't believe my eyes!
The PRO version of my favourite Disk Imaging program.
Unlike the FREE version, which already outclasses all shareware products out there except ACRONIS TRUE IMAGE, this GAOTD can automatically delete older backup image files, as well as merge multiple incremental backups into a full backup.
So, unless you are an extremely advanced user, I believe that the FREE version of this program can already fit any need you may have.
And unlike most similar tools out there, even the FREE version helps you recover files outside Windows, making possible it to backup & restore your entire system (HD, Partitions, Apps settings, Operation System etc...) even if Windows for some reasons no longer boots up: how cool is that??

As you can see from the above link, if you want to create bootable media on multiple PCs with different hardware configurations, (PCs not supporting UEFI boot, for instance), you can select the "Create the bootable disc based on legacy boot mode" option for better compatibility.
Yes, it's definitely BETTER than PARAGON!!
10 THUMBS UP from me!
And guess what? Just for once NO BETTER FREE ALTERNATIVES today, because the FREE version of this program is already the BEST FREE DISK IMAGING software out there!
However, there is a nice FREEBIES called "FarStone TotalRecovery Pro 9" which can also do wonders (for instance perform a full system backup on dissimilar HW):
License key should still work!
Enjoy! ^_^

AOMEI does a great job again! I have got another their product Partition Assistant 5.1 from GOTD last year (http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/aomei-pa-ddm/). Ever since that day, I have been, and still am a huge fan of this company. I took advantage of their special offer to spend 13 bucks on lifetime free upgrades. Now I have the latest Partition Assistant 5.5 (http://www.disk-partition.com/partition-manager-pro-edition.html) without extra fee like they promise. Big Thumbs Up.
As for today’s Backupper, I have used it from the 1.1 freeware version. A week ago I updated from 1.6 to the 2.0 Standard (http://www.backup-utility.com/free-backup-software.html) and tested it on my Windows 8.1 Samsung NP900X Notebook. The reason for this try was that one of the new features is fully compatible with Windows 8.1.
*Installing was quick and painless. Starting it, although adding new features, the UI is still very clear and intuitive.
*I configured my system disk backup on a shared drive of my desktop pc and ran it. Worked perfectly.
*Mounted the drives in the backup image (.adi) to check the content. Successful.
*I built two rescue media based on winpe. One burned to CD and the other burned to USB drive. Both booted up my Laptop. TEN THUMBS UP for that feature.
*I then tried to restore the backup with two ways. One is using the prepared bootable CD and the other prepared bootable USB drive. Following the understandable nervy wait to see if anything failed, both worked perfectly, with restore speeds also being very rapid.
There is one thing (mostly very minor) I have found which I would like to bring to your attention. I can tell from your documentation that you are not native English speakers and it is hard to translate sometime. If you need some help with that, I would like to help you out. I live in California and am a software engineer, sys admin and experienced Windows user.
My verdict so far: perfect. The UI is so neat, so sweet. Backups and restores are simple, fast, problem free.
Keep up the good work and thanks you for providing the Pro of this nice software for free! I will buy the free upgrades because I want to support you in your work.

Installed and registered without problems on a Win 8.1 Pro 64 bit system.
A well known Chinese company with address.
Simply said : a good backup solution. One of the many good.
The installation of a bootable media is simple. The .ISO for a Linux system is delivered with this software, and the creation of Win PE disk is easily done on Win 8.1.
Other Windows versions may require installing Windows AIK kit in your operating system in advance...

A modern UI in a small not resizable window. In this case, this makes no problems.
You can choose the backup features, you can restore (of course), clone a disk or partition, check the backup and create the needed bootable media.
This program supports full, incremental, differential, and automatic backups.
Everything, you need for the backups. Keep in mind, that you'll need a working program, if you want to read your backup files years later. Remember the Microsoft Backup problem of older operating system!
A difficult market, Nearly everybody has HIS backup solution, which he doesn't want to change. In my case I use Acronis since ages.
Uninstalled for the reason, that I do not need different backup tools. If you don't have one: take this ... or look for the free backup solutions from the HD manufacturer, e.g. the Acronis True Image WesternDigital Edition.

Recommended. Excellent disk imaging solution- relatively straightforward, fast, reliable. Boot disk provided.
Support is responsive, and I noted some of my comments about English text and others had been incorporated.
I've been using this for the last 18 months or more, and prefer it to Easeus Workstation.
Aomei Backupper offers the usual choice of incremental and differential backups; the xml record of the tasks is held on C: I'm not sure if they've incorporated my suggestion of retaining a task in that record if it is used for restoration.
I found that if a set of image files tasks is not in the xml file and hence not displayed on the GUI, exploring them causes them to be added, and thus easily accessible for restoration, for example.
The xml record can also be edited, if necessary.
There is the usual issue if the image files are on an external disk, and it is allocated a different drive letter when plugged in to that assigned when the image was created. The above offers one way round that.

Really NICE!
Well, I’m becoming a loyal user of Aomei, I have used Aomei Partition Assistant and Aomei Backupper before and both are very easy and safe to use. http://www.disk-partition.com/ No issue of any kind. Professional version is obviously a better one compared with the FREE Version. It offers the ability to create backup by using command line, automatically delete old backups for disk space management, merge incremental backups and full backup into a single image.
Here we go Aomei fans, let’s enjoy this big promotion!
