Nearly all programs require an email address these days, so what are you talking about. And before people start to yell about spam, just untick the box in your account. Finally, Ashampoo is a German vendor, and Germany has very strict privacy laws. I trust them more than, say a vendor like Wondershare with its WACservice constantly running on your PC.

There are some people here that seem to live in another world (see comment 1): they refuse to grab for FREE a nice program like this GAOTD simply because it requires an email address to be registered...LOL..can't believe my eyes!!
As for today's giveaway, looks like a pretty basic video editor to create home-made videos by combining multiple video clips from your collection. Very easy to use since it's based on a wizard-like interface guiding you through the entire process.
Good for noobs only!!
