But I don't see that VideoPad support CUDA
And I don't see that VideoPad support cuts on GOP
And I don't see that VideoPad support MTS/m2ts files
And I don't see that VideoPad is free
And I'm sure I didn't see few other things.

Giovanni: While I used to be a fan of VideoPad, the latest release proved to be so completely unstable (unable to load videos without crashing, unable to export finished product without crashing, etc.), and the company so unresponsive (2 emails asking for information already provided in 30 days), I had to ask for my money back. I've since reverted to their previous stable version and will get along without the wiz-bang do-dads in favor of a working editor. NCH was a good company, but quality appears to have seriously eroded in their more recent products IMHO.
If this product is a working product, doesn't crash, and does what it says, then it deserves a thumbs up, comments on what could be improved, and comments on the price. If it doesn't, it still deserves this information to warn other users.
It's great that you point out competing products, but please be sure these products are actually usable. NCH's VideoPad doesn't qualify this time around IMO.

I will try this software, but it says it is for Panasonic, Sony, Canon, JVC camcorder users. Mine is Samsung. Does that mean it will not work with Samsung, or did they just not list all of the brands?
