Gathers way too much personal information and is a potential privacy risk.
From it's terms:
"10. Software Services
In view of the Service, the makers are allowed to gather information associating with your use of the PC, the Internet, and other software packages you have installed. For instance, the collected information may include, but without the limits of keywords, links and ads clicked, and the length of your visit(s) to web sites and pages. The website for this program certainly isn't very up-to-date! It states that support for Windows 8 is *new*?? You won't be able to edit MP3s without downloading a licensed codec. I'd say this offer is only half-baked.
