Excuse me if I'm a bit confused, but why would this giveaway have a 6-month license even though according to the developer's website "Bitwar Data Recovery is a fast, reliable and free data recovery software with powerful functions." I can't find anything on their website to indicate "free" doesn't mean exactly that; yet this giveaway would indicate otherwise. It seems they expect you to install their "free" software and then find out it is not so free after all. If they don't understand the definition of "free", I don't know how they or their software can be trusted... (And I also note their website is "Copyright © 2018" - even less reason to be trusted...)

This Giveaway states "6 month license" and "The program is available for $24.50, but it will be free for our visitors as a time-limited offer."
But the Bitwar website says "Free" with no other indication of a "license" and no method to purchase for any amount. Sounds shady to me. Plus, the tutorials verbiage on their website reads like a spammy email, with weird spaces, misspellings, and strange punctuation.

"High success rate over 99%." Are we to understand that it gets ALL Data back in 99% of cases? Or only if the Data has been overwritten? This kind of unsupportable and downright scammy claim + a bogus "6 Month License" that is worth exactly nothing = No Thanks !!!! Go and download something Free and very basic (like Recuvva, perhaps?) and chuck this one in the Recycle Bin.

MikeR, are you the usual MikeR that usually posts quite well informed comments? As the situation is obvious you don't see it until you try to use it... google "bait and switch" phrase definition. It IS NOT FREWARE it is deceptive free crippleware that is only enabled if you create an account and upgrade that account to a VIP account on a subscription basis.
