I didn't installed today's offer because I already have installed version 1.1.1.9 ,

In Window 10, a CareUEyes 1.1.24.2 is not required. In settings "night lamp" can be switched on and is currently switched off.

Can CareUEyes be installed and run as/for an ordinary windows 7 user?
Currently it is installing and running as administrator only (otherwise no free license).
