Not installed this time. We had had Easy Office Recovery on February 17th of this year. It is still installed on my system.

A Russian company with address&phone - in English and Russian language.

If you had installed the January 15, 2014 MunSoft Data Recovery Suite 2.0, this is included. It is the same working version, which made and makes a good impression.

If you don't have it already, then this can be a real help with damaged office documents.


To the version 2.0. If this is a working version, there is no need to update this version as long as the file structure in Windows&Office does not change. A longer existing version 2.0 makes IMHO a better impression, than version 15.382RC31V2.

Initially I thought this was purely a recovery program for deleted files that was limited to Microsoft office file types.
On reading more information it would appear its claim to fame is to actually recover corrupted files, as explained on their web page.
Easy Office Recovery is a universal and multi purpose Office Recovery program, which focuses on restoring and repairing damaged and deleted Microsoft Office files

As all files are equal in the eyes of the OS, generally companies that limit their recovery to a certain type of file are often a scam to make more money by selling recovery programs for individual file types.
I'm going to keep my copy just in case I need to recover an office type document that has been corrupted.
