ok the results are not that gr8 at the end - used stron compression for that 3MB presentation and it was reduced by 62% which was ok but you could tell by looking at the images that they were strongly compressed and the whole thing has lost that professional look , i also tested biggish around 20MB excel spreadsheet but without any images and it did not reduce the size at all - so for me 7zip or any other packer with the split option are much better but thanks anyway
This doesnt compress like winzip / 7zip / winrar. This reduses files within like gif/jpg and changes in a destructive way. May be good for publish but not for saving space on your harddrive.

That's where I stopped reading and closed the tab.
Use it to save space, but don't complain if all your included images lose their quality for ever.
Personally, I prefer quality to space - disks are now large enough so that a few megabytes don't matter. But quality does matter.
