Here's a giant thumbs down to you Engelmann:
Please stop giving us software that installs with the auto-update checked and then deactivates itself!
That's right - Engelmann is one of the culprits around here who gives us free stuff, and then later you'll find that key they sent you is no longer good, and you have an expired trial version installed instead of the one that was originally given to you.
Shame on you Engelmann.
Remember to uncheck the Auto Update - We apparently have another one of these offers which unregisters itself.
This software is an example of something happening in which many people here have now indicated as a problem. Let's forget for a second that most of us would prefer not to give our real email, and that the charade of creating a fake email to get GAOTD deals is not a positive experience.
I personally prefer the email registration process - and I've said so several times with those great companies who come here and give you a key that is an actual registration key, not a free install key with immediate expiry.
I will be posting when I see a publisher use this auto-unregistering mechanic with the email registration process.
I'm just trying to be helpful and *MY* machine is fine, thank you.
I have been a responsible contributor for years - we provide suggestions, alternatives, and opinions of the product - just an FYI: saying "take responsibility for your own life" is a personal attack.
Good day
I agree with #11 that this has nothing to do with 3D and is just a gimmick. You can't turn flat photos into 3D photos with a little math. You also need the missing data, such as what to you see BEHIND the foreground object when the camera shifts position a little. (This is how animals with more than one eye achieve depth perception after all.) So at least be honest in the description of your software, guys. Don't make claims that show you don't understand the basic physics of the world we live in.
Real 3D image sequences need two cameras for recording.
An overlay technique then will merge the two sequences into a 3D encoded format.
That's the only way to fly.
Today's GOTD is a software that does NOT convert normal film into 3D. In fact there is no software in the world that can do that. Because technically it is impossible to convert standard 2D from one camera into 3D.
This GOTD is a joke... and that joke costing money.
No need for this.
Hey people, GAOTD is suppposed to be a positive experience. All this arguing back and forth is bumming out the whole experience.
This product is a "fun" product. No serious 3D Video person is going to use this product to create their videos. They'll spend the $ or euros to buy quality gear to do the job.
If you have a "serious" suggestion on how this product can be improved, let's hear it. If not: just download it and enjoy it (have fun) or don't download it and go away and do something else you might enjoy.
Life's too short people. Spend your time positively.
Advise from a 67 year old guy that has had a blast.

Hi there this is kind of of off topic but I was wanting to know if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML. I'm starting a blog soon but have no coding expertise so I wanted to get guidance from someone with experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated!|
