A (Chinese?) company without name and address.
"TriSun Software Inc. (TSSI) is committed to provide professional and useful software, we have engaged in English software development and sales since 2001. As the company grows, we will provide you with more professional and stronger software products. "
Trisun: a word to your legal notice:

Such things are completely irrelevant and useless, unless there isn't a legal contract partner with name and address... in Chinese law, or wherever.
The software is on the market since 2010. last articles from 2013, news messages from 2013 and one from last month, concerning the release of this software.
Upon start a small, non resizable interface opens. Options to change language between English, Portoguese and Chinese. No other options.
You add your PDF, select an output format and convert. So simple, if it would work...

The original page of my short test:

The output result:

The claim: "It retains the original appearance of PDF files in the output jpg/png/bmp and other image files." is for this test file simply wrong.
May work with a simple PDF structure.
Uninstalled via reboot.
Have a nice Sunday!

A word to yesterday's software. In my short software tests I am an unexperienced one bit user. It works or it doesn't. I am not interested in trying all possible options to get a new software running. It is the job of the software producer, to make a software, which installs without (or most simple and EXPLAINED!) user interactions and runs. If I have to dig deep in system settings, in security questions, in admission rights - then the producer failed to make a simple working installation.

Karl,
I just wanted to thank you, for the effort you take with each product that has been thoughtfully offered. Especially as you do so so very early in the day. I can rattle off a Genus & species name for horticulture or make an expensive flower arrangement. This... Not so much. There have been many times that the efforts of your informed review has saved me from an ignorant mistake or wasting time battling the piece of poo that is my Toshiba. As a father, a student and a human being? Thank you very much.
Sincerely,
Mr.Snow

Virtually pointless software. $19.99?! Must be some suckers around. Print screen and paste to an imaging application works for me.

@fatherted
Thanks for your comment.
Yes, print screen is a good choice for a few PDF files which only have several pages.
But if your PDF has many pages, it will be a very hard work...
With PDF to JPG, you can do it within several seconds.
In fact, many things can be done by the the computers, the software products, also can be done by hand.
And the software is always used to save people's time.
Thanks for your time.

Why does it requires administrative privileges to run? It's highly questionable and totally inadmissible for that kind of tool that does not require to modify system settings or files.
Furthermore, I did a simple test in JPEG, and the output is terrible. Very bad JPEG conversion. I guess that you can use the lossless PNG output and use a decent graphics program to convert the PNGs to JPGG if you needs so, but for a commercial program, one could expect a good result directly.
The program lacks also some options that other PDF conversion programs have, such as the possibility to grab and save the images from the PDF file without converting them. (In that case, it s not always possible to keep the pages as they are in the original file, but you can grab the images without any quality loss.) It should also be possible to specify the JPEG quality or PNG compression.
My conclusion is that this program is a simplistic PDF converter, probably programmed in a couple of days, that cannot be considered as professional, or even efficient. It should be freeware, or sold for maximum $2. And currently, due to the impossibility to run it without administrator rights, it cannot be used without serious security risks. I recommend therefore to avoid it like the plague.
