This license for Print2PDF is for use on a server with up to 5 users. The top of this page says that it can also be installed on the desktop, although I'm not sure that I want to test that, the server version has some nice extra features but also has a lot of things which a home user doesn't need.
The BinaryNow website can be very slow to respond, here is the

There are lots of (virtual) PDF printers, they all have some differences. I like BullZip PDF Printer, it is free for personal and commercial use up to 10 users. It uses the open-source Ghostscript, however you should download Ghostscript Light, which is down the BullZip PDF Printer page under System Requirements, just before the License FAQ.

I have been using CutePDF (free) for many years to do print to PDF. It has never let me down. The additional features of the giveaway today Print2PDF 9 seem to be: digital signature, use 40-bit or 128-bit RC4 encryption, in-built document merging, network service installation. However, you can encrypt, decrypt, join, split, stamp, create and rearrange a PDF file using a second tool PDFTools (also free).
What remains for the GOTD is Microsoft IIS, Terminal Services and Citrix features, which wile very useful in some environments, are not exactly "home" or "private" use scenarios.

As a marketer, I echo the concerns of others about the apparent contradiction of offering a software which really only has commercial application (there's even mention of "enterprise-level" licensing), with the admonition that it's for "personal use only." As others have mentioned, there are plenty of freeware alternatives that DON'T give a rip whether or not their software is used "commercially," so that leaves me with just ONE question:
Just what exactly is going to happen if one should happen to get caught using the software in a commercial environment or for "commercial purposes?"
Lawsuits? Arrest? Public flogging? Perhaps revocation of the offender's birthday?
Suggestion: If you don't want us to use the software "for commercial purposes," then how about NOT offering a software that's designed primarily to be used in a commercial environment!

The BinaryNow website has a link to a recent virtual PDF printer review on freewaregenius. Note the shear number of virtual PDF printers, and they even rejected a bunch. They liked PDF24 Creator best, followed by (tie) PDFCreator (different product) and BullZip PDF Printer. They liked the interface of this product, Print2PDF best, but noted that it doesn't output to image formats. Because of the differences among products, you should select the one that suits you best.

Print2PDF 9.1 giveawayoftheday creates 819 registry keys, values added = 1864. Its really not a printer, but a pdf conversion app.
Todays giveaway is best installed to the C:\Program Files (x86) directory if you're using the 64-bit edition of Windows as it installs a service and virtual driver which starts when Windows starts.
If you're strictly using the English version you can delete all files in the Lang directory except for en-US.lng. You can also delete the en-US and cs-CZ directories.
You can also delete all *.aspx files in the WebApp and WebApp_20 and WebApp_x64 directories except for Default.aspx.
And Installer.exe from the Print2PDF directory.
You can delete the following files from the C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\Print2PDF directory:
msvbvm60.dll, msvcr71.dll, msvcrt40.dll, msxml4.dll, msxml4a.dll, and msxml4r.dll after verifying they exist in the C:\Windows\System32 and/or C:\Windows\SysWOW64 directory if you're using the 64-bit edition of Windows.
If you're using the 64-bit edition of Windows, you can delete the W32X86 folder under the C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers directory.
This should save you over 6MB in space savings.
More deletions may be possible, I'll have to play with it.
