Can someone tell me how to register this program. The readme and license files included give no details.

Installation
Unzip the package you've downloaded and install the software by running Setup.exe,
Shut down the program.
then run the activation program Activate.exe which is included in the package to register your copy.
Please make sure the program is closed, while you run Activate.exe.
