downloaded the free viewer for this from their website and found a different web address in the prorgams copyright field www.block-all.com which now redirects to xsecuritas website... whois data on securitas website is concealed and they pretend they have a US base with a well known maildrop address with many obscure companies using it too.
Whois data on block-all.com was registered in Jan 2018 and was not hidden behind an anonymiser...
