Download, open installer, click "get key" button - you'll be redirected to an online form. Just enter your email address. The email took a minute or two for me to get there - and did not give me a key, instead it sent me an activation link which once clicked prompted me to create an account (requesting name, last name, country, date of birth) please NOTE: you can click "Not now" at the bottom and you will still receive an activation key. The key was accepted in the installer and it proceeded.
When you open Sketch Drawer, it'll annoyingly open a webpage saying "Thank you" and also present you with a window in the application itself targeted to today's GOTD users with discount offers for the full versions of this, and other of their programs.
The program itself has a nice Office 2007-like interface, glossy but not tacky. There are a lot of presets which can be further customized to achieve different, interesting results.
The program also has a lot of themes, which despite their names do not change any icons, but only the colors of the panels behind them. Don't bother with the Tools>Options dialog by the way, it's too complex and for advanced users only ;)
Overall, I think it works nicely, it's fun around to play with and I see a few uses I and possibly others could find for it.
