I tried to convert a Word .docx file to PDF, using "File to PDF" and immediately received an error message :
Failed to get data for 'TaskDate'
I then instead opened the same file by clicking on Edit PDF, which opened Thundersoft PDF Editor 6.0.0 and I could then use its "Save as" feature to save the file in PDF format.
Unlike the Editor, there is no option to select the file type (.docx) in PDF Converter Pro before opening it.

I wrote this previously but now do not see it. When I open the program, it only asks to convert. The bottom part of the program is hidden so I cannot add the activation code. To close the program, I have to right click on the icon on the status bar. Can you assist? Thank you.
