Installed very fast. It does what it says. The re size feature has preset settings and it does not work for me because most of the pictures I have are less than 2MB. If you must have a stand alone re sizer try Microsoft's Power Toys Re-Sizer.Or like most use Irfanview, XnView, or Fsviwer. $20 is a little too much for just a re sizer.

Unfortunately very limited number of settings.
Better and free alternative is Faststone Picture Resizer
It allows not only resizing but also renaming , rotating , adding text , watermarking and much more.

I find it rather over priced.
But otherwise works fine.
A good free batch resizer is BIRT (Batch Image Resizing Tool)

Supported by macOS, Linux and Windows OSs

Installed and registered easily. Seems to perform as claimed. Have upsized and downsized a few images successfully. I have not assessed the quality of the upsized images but for most normal purposes going from <1.2 MP to 11.1 MP produced a result no worse than you would get with Irfanview and with a bit less fiddling.
However, for quality enlarging I don't think you can beat SmillaEnlarger from http://sourceforge.net/projects/imageenlarger/. It's free but it is not capable of batch resizing like this giveaway.
I'll keep this for a while and see how it works out. I suspect it might be of value for upsizing low-res photos taken on some cell phones which are often of appalling quality due to the low resolution.

Also, I went to their site and they have version 1.5 there so I downloaded and installed it and it is still registered to Giveawayoftheday.
Also on this site it says: Ultra Resizer is a batch image resizing tool. You can resize as many JPEG, BMP and PNG files as you want at once, and with a very good output quality
On their site the 1.5 version now supports GIF images.
