Although it claims you can use it on 5 devices ...
... it considers each BROWSER a device ...
... so using it on Chrome and Firefox on the SAME COMPUTER is considered two devices already ...
... so much for protecting each browser ( Opera, Maxthon, IE ... oops, that's 5 'devices' ) than trying it on a home AND portable computer ...
... I have to uninstall it from my home computer before I go out with my portable to browse in public ...
... so apparently the word 'device' means something different to KeepSolid than it does to the rest of the world ...
... this does not bode well for guessing that other words mean to KeepSolid versus the rest of the world's accepted meanings of words, such as 'private' or 'anonymous'.

Signing up for this is like wrestling with a bear: when your done you're not sure what was accomplished, whether it was worth it, and it was a bad fight. When I was done with the multiple hoops that you have to jump through to get registered- and I mean multiple!- I signed on to the vpn and found that I could not pick my vpn (It wanted to give me Odessa Russia- there's a sure way to ring a bell with NSA!). I could not access the Washington Post or the New York Times, and torrents did not work at all. I may keep this- for a short while- and explore further, but i am seriously not too sure about keeping it. Thanks gotd, but seriously: lighten up on the key/registration bs! This is so far over the top it's in the next dimension!

As a PAID UP CUSTOMER of KEEP SOLiD / VPN UNLiMiTED for more than one year (currently using v3.1.5 on Windows 7 64bit system):
I find the only problem I have experienced that could be easily(?) remedied is Not KNOWiNG WHEN THE VPN CONNECTiON HAS DROPPED OUT.
I have lost the VPN connection a number of times and NOT KNOWN At The Time that the VPN connection has dropped out and a Plain WHiTE non-animated taskbar icon does not grab the user's attention.
I have even had the VPN Connection drop out when Explorer.exe has crashed or been restarted and when that happens a tiny indicator in the corner of the screen is not really enough of an indication
1. Perhaps you could add an Optional VPN Dropped Out Alarm Sound,
OR
2. MY PREFERRED OPTiON For people like me that prefer the computer volume to be very low or Completely SiLENT, is for a popup window or a Transparent NOTiCE that would OPEN ON TOP OF ALL OTHER WiNDOWS that the user must see, advising them that the connection has dropped out.
3. Finally I would like to suggest that you may be able to perhaps add a RED or RED & YELLOW FLASHiNG or ANiMATED MODE to the existing System Tray/System Notification iCON (usually located in the lower right corner of the screen). Normally the VPN Unlimited Tray iCON is either White (disconnected) & Flashing Blue (Connecting) or Blue (connected), so perhaps something Red or Red/Yellow might also help.

Apart from this one matter, I have found VPN Unlimited to be a Really Good Service that I can't do without (which is why I like to know when the connection has dropped out and I'm very glad I discovered Your Service (through Bits du Jour StackSocial).
