Installed and registered using a somewhat convoluted method of obtaining the key for registration.
Note:-a second zip file is downloaded and it contains a README file which contains the key!
On attempting to open a video for conversion the program failed; the message was in essence "unable to find entry point in MSVCRT.DLL"
This occurred when trying to over write an old version, it also occurred when this version was removed and the program reinstalled.
Program removed from computer.

I'm presuming that the Mac installation does not proceed from a zip file?
If I log onto the site from the Mac side of my machine do I then see the dmg file?
I have visited the site and downloaded the dmg file, but I'm persuaded that this will not fit within the context of the offer?

You state that you can get the full version using 2 different ways. That's false. You only have one way which is to pay for it. The other way is only for one person who wins your drawing. Truth in advertising please.

I stand by my statement about truth in advertising. Regardless of whether it's 20 or 40 or 400 there is only ONE way to absolutely get the full version. Putting your name in a drawing only gives you a chance to get it, not actually getting it.
