It does a reasonable job and has presets and customisation for most conversions.
Despite supporting Intel Quicksync it does still take up 97% of the CPU when in use.
Whilst not dog slow, like so many offerings, it's performance is still nothing to write home about.
It is however a crippled version as H265 is not available and immediately finishes when you try to run. This is not mentioned in the blurb, which is poor.
After converting a video it says
"You are using the giveaway version now!
The giveaway version is only for evaluation purpose which has some limitations.
-Functional limitations
-No free upgrade
-No free user support
-Others"
Then a line saying "Time limited offer upgrade to full version in 50% off price" then a 'learn more' and a 'But now' button
Then there is a list with features and a column for unregistered and registered.
Soooo is this a limited functionality trial version or is it the full fully functioning version worth £34.95 as the giveaway blurb says???
I have an older version 2016 which i prize greatly.
Can i install this version along side it?
I don't want to lose my earlier version.
chuffin, Sadly the answer is "no". When I tried it, the old version reverted to Unregistered.
I downloaded and used the program to download a YouTube video and after the download, it said I was using a trial version. The program when I go to the key icon says it is registered. Which is correct?
Grahair, I had the same issue. I had to paste the key from the readme file.

Probado como descargador y conversor de video:
Es un descargador y conversor de video que realiza su trabajo bien, en tiempos razonablemente correctos.
Aunque es efectivo para descargar videos de plataformas internacionales comunes como YouTube suele fallar en páginas privadas o más restringidas, sacando un mensaje de error fallido y sugiriendo volver a intentarlo, lo que normalmente no se soluciona y toca utilizar un descargador distinto.
Por las pruebas realizadas como conversor de video funciona muy bien y tiene una buena variedad de formatos de conversión para escoger.
Nota: Aun no lo he probado en edición de videos.
Conclusión: En cuanto a las pruebas realizadas si bien no es perfecto es un totalmente recomendado teniendo en cuenta su buen funcionamiento.
