Puedes crear tus propios efectos locos de voz. Habla por el micrófono y escucharás tu voz al mismo tiempo por los parlantes. Pero no será más tu voz. Serpa la voz de un monstruo, un asesino, un extraterrestre o cualquier otra voz loca en la que puedas pensar. Puedes guardar las voces que has producido en archivos mp3 o wav. Los puedes reproducir en reproductores de mp3 o de CDs.
El programa incluye un par de efectos predefinidos. Pero podrás crear nuevos efectos usando unas simples fórmulas para crear entre una frecuencia y otra frecuencia.
La formula para construir una voz robotizada es:
x*(1- stark)+((len / 2-1-x)*x / (len / 2))*stark
por ejemplo. Simplemente trata de cambiar las fórmulas existentes para crear tus propios efectos y hacer tu propia voz de monstruos.

Simple little play-toy app. Not well coded, no documentation on functions and variables available in effects formulas, although you can see what was used for the existing effects. It wouldn't open the MP3 files which I tried on Vista; I didn't test whether it accepts monophonic files or WAV files. Use your Windows mixer controls to set input and output devices. Worked OK with my webcam's mono microphone. Leaves temp files lying around, Vista compliance could be better, but no big deal. Once you have a recording, you can hear what it sounds like using different effects (has 11 already defined, you can create your own).
Use Funnyvoice 1.3 myself. Always freeware.

Deleted it, Next to impossible to close the program, Keeps telling you if you close it now you will lose what you recorded. Click o.k. or cancel doesn't matter, program won't close
Downloaded/Installed/Registered fine on Vista Home Premium 32-bit OS. In fact, the registration process was automatic, quick, and did not require manual entry of a username or key code. I also recorded an MP3 snippet of my voice, played it back, edited it and added some fun monster sound effects, played it back again, and saved the final, revised MP3 file to my My Music folder. The entire process was very easy (almost intuitive). Recorded Sound Output quality was excellent.
Program Technical Effects include: Echo, Fade-in, Fade-out, Cross-fade beginning at end, increase/decrease volume, increase/decrease speed. Program Sound Effects include: Higher, Lower, Monster, Space Voice 1, Space Voice 2, Robot, Killer, Killer 2, Alien, Alien 2, Noise/Swing.

An excellent freeware alternative is MorphVOX Junior 2.7.3 This program is compatible with Windows 2000, XP, Vista (32/64), Windows 7 (32/64).
Installed it figuring it might be fun to play with. Wrong.
All I can get off the thing is static and a ticking sound. I know my mic works fine and was properly plugged in.
Checked the help files. There aren't any. Just an "About" file. Tinkered with the settings and adjustments, still nothing.
Uninstalled.
Wish I could take back the thumbs up vote I gave this one. I was just happy to see a program offered that wasn't another DVD or CD ripper/burner. But this one's a waste.

se entiende con este ejemplo explicativo,como a pesar de poder grabar nuestro efecto creado...el efecto...ustedes lo manifiestan a tiempo real mientras se esta hablando.
El dato es erroneo o NO correcto,o hay un error de concepto explicativo,ya que...el programa NO produce ningun efecto real...en ningun caso real.Dado que,si NO se graba,y se reproduce luego NO se percibe el efecto.
Cosa que tambien,es un GRAN FALLO DE PROGRAMACION Y DISEÑO por parte del autor del programa.
Por que ¿como?,voy a crear o lograr un efecto,sin tener una previa anticipada de lo que voy a escuchar/reproducir.
